Accountability Summary
To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests using watersports facilities and attractions by enforcing safety protocols, conducting rescue operations when necessary, and delivering exceptional guest service. The position requires vigilance, physical fitness, and a strong understanding of safety standards in both aquatic and aerial adventure environments.
Responsibilities:
• Enforce safety rules and resort regulations around all aquatic areas.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all emergency situations, including rescues and first aid incidents.
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure proper maintenance of lifeguard equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of lifeguard stations and first aid kits.
• Monitor weather and water conditions and take appropriate action when hazards are present.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross, Ellis & Associates, or equivalent).
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a waterpark, adventure park, or resort setting is preferred.
• Strong physical fitness and ability to swim and climb with confidence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
