Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an elite dual-threat professional to serve as our Operations & Commercial Manager. This role is the heartbeat of our business, requiring a unique blend of operational precision and commercial acumen. You will be responsible for ensuring our fleet remains in "showroom" condition while simultaneously driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and executing high-impact marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate understands that in the luxury yachting world, operational excellence is the foundation upon which our brand reputation and ultimately, our sales is built.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fleet, Technical & Operational Excellence
Maintenance & Compliance: Manage fleet maintenance schedules, dry-docking, and repairs. Ensure 100% compliance with UAE maritime laws and safety regulations.
Logistics & Service: Oversee the end-to-end preparation of vessels. Develop and implement SOPs to ensure a consistent, "white-glove" service experience for every guest.
Crew Leadership: Mentor captains, deckhands, and stewards/stewardesses to uphold the highest standards of safety, discretion, and hospitality.
2. Commercial Strategy & Sales Growth
Revenue Management: Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability during peak and off-peak seasons.
Business Development: Identify and build relationships with luxury travel agents, concierge services, event planners, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to grow our charter pipeline.
Sales Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end sales process—from initial inquiry and bespoke charter design to closing the contract and ensuring post-charter follow-up.
3. Marketing & Brand Elevation
Brand Management: Uphold the prestige of our brand across all touchpoints, ensuring our marketing collateral, website, and social media presence reflect the luxury caliber of our fleet.
Strategic Campaigns: Direct digital marketing efforts, including performance-based social media campaigns, SEO, and email marketing to targeted luxury demographics.
Partnership Marketing: Secure and nurture partnerships with luxury lifestyle brands (hotels, premium automotive brands, high-end boutiques) for cross-promotional opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years in a senior role combining luxury operations and commercial/sales growth
Proven track record in luxury sales, negotiation, and delivering revenue targets.
Strong experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and luxury brand storytelling.
Deep understanding of yachting operations, maritime safety, and the UHNWI service sector.
Exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages (Arabic, Russian) are highly desired.
Ability to balance high-pressure "on-the-water" operational demands with "on-shore" commercial goals.
