Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive property market analysis to identify trends and opportunities that align with client needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on property valuation, ensuring clients receive accurate assessments for informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and delivering tailored property solutions.
  • Prepare compelling property listings and marketing materials that highlight key features and attract potential buyers or renters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for a solid foundational knowledge.

  • Preferred 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or property management to demonstrate industry expertise and client handling, freshers welcome.

  • Experience in customer service or sales roles to enhance skills in client engagement and relationship building.

  • Opportunity to earn higher with commissions. up-to 70% commission.
