Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Facade Designer with a strong background in facade systems and aluminium fabrication. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience working with facade subcontractors and possess expertise in preparing detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and cutting lists.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and develop shop drawings and fabrication drawings for facade and aluminium systems. Generate accurate cutting lists and material take-offs for production.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Review project specifications, architectural drawings, and contract documents.
Ensure drawings are prepared in accordance with project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
Provide technical support during fabrication and installation stages.
Coordinate revisions and updates based on site conditions and consultant comments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE as a Facade Designer.
Proven experience working with a Facade Subcontractor.
Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication and facade systems.
Hands-on experience in preparing shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and cutting lists.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant facade design software.
Good understanding of facade materials, profiles, and fabrication processes.
Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
