A. Purpose and Scope
To ensure that all projects of Modular Buildings business unit (Oil &Gas Industry) are planned, executed and delivered on time, within budget and in line with company procedures and guidelines, meeting customer satisfaction.
B. Responsibilities and Duties
• Plan, schedule and monitor the project progress as per Company Project Management policy, procedure and guidelines, ensuring on time project delivery, meeting customer expectations.
• Proactively plan, organize and control company skill, expertise and resources in a cost effective manner to deliver the scope of the project within budget, meeting project contribution targets and revenue realization in line with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain and asset management team to execute the project in line with project scope and best industry codes and standards, within target schedule, at the budget cost and project quality parameters, maximizing capacity utilization and minimizing waste.
• Provide technical and commercial input to the Estimation team at the bid stage when requested and review costing, ensuring that adequate provision is made to cover all project risks, ensuring company interest is protected.
• Review project progress, cost and lesson learned in a regular manner on company ERP platform Synergy, such that project financial performance is reported in a timely manner, at the appropriate level, at given frequency ensuring revenue realization, budget contribution and continuous improvement.
Maintain excellent communication and relationship with internal and external customers for successful delivery of projects, promoting company culture and values.
1. Qualification, Knowledge, Experience
a) Academic Qualification
• University Degree in Engineering or equivalent
b) Professional Qualification
• Project Management qualification preferred
c) Experience (minimum preferred)
• 10 years’ experience in project management in Oil and Gas, Utilities or related industries

• Thorough understanding of contract administration, documentation and oil field practices.
