Technical / Sales Manager – Street Lighting

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical / Sales Manager with a strong background in street lighting solutions to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in street lighting products, technical sales, and project management, with hands-on experience working with leading lighting brands such as Philips, Schreder, or Osram.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities for street lighting and outdoor lighting projects.

• Provide technical support and lighting solutions to clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, product specifications, and presentations.

• Coordinate with suppliers, engineers, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in street lighting, outdoor lighting, or infrastructure lighting projects.

• Strong knowledge of lighting products, standards, and specifications.

• Experience with leading lighting brands such as Philips, Schreder, and/or Osram is highly preferred.

• Excellent technical, sales, and communication skills.

• UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Indian nationality preferred.
