Sales / Project Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales / Project Coordinator to support our sales and project execution team. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between clients, sales, production, and project teams to ensure smooth coordination from inquiry to project delivery within the lighting industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical submittals
Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements and clarify specifications
Follow up on inquiries, orders, and project status to ensure timely execution
Liaise with internal teams (design, production, procurement, and logistics) for order fulfillment
Maintain and update project tracking sheets, CRM, and sales reports
Support in preparing project documentation including BOQ, drawings, and approvals
Ensure accurate communication between client expectations and internal execution
Assist in scheduling deliveries and monitoring project timelines
Handle administrative support related to sales and project coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
1–3 years experience in sales coordination, project coordination, or similar role
Experience in lighting, electrical, construction, or manufacturing industry is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of lighting products or electrical components
Familiarity with project documentation and technical submittals
Strong follow-up and client coordination skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
