Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drafting, review of all sorts of standard/ non standard legal documents to ensure they are in the company’s best interest.

  • Assisting the team in real estate litigations and liaise with external counsel, internal clients as required to defend the company’s rights.

  • Legal research & understanding, analyzing and presenting impact of evolving laws/regulations on the business on an ongoing basis. Advise on the legal implications and risks of new business ventures and strategies.

  • Ensuring compliance of processes & protocols as per organizational directions.

  • Custodian of repository through digital & physical means. Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.

  • Creating & maintaining SOPs, process documents, progress trackers, learnings etc.

  • Preparation of reports, presentations for management review.

  • Preferably possess a good understanding of UAE real estate laws and regulations

  • Preferably can read Arabic language.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor of Laws Degree

  • Maximum 5+ years of post-qualification professional legal experience.

  • Legal research

  • Excellence in MS Office and familiarity with other digital systems

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
