  • Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of pastries, ensuring consistency and excellence in every product served.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution specializing in pastry arts.

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume bakery or fine dining restaurant environment.

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage a team effectively and inspire creativity.

  • Proven track record of creating award-winning desserts or participation in pastry competitions is highly desirable.
