The Travel Consultant is responsible for assisting clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements. This role involves providing expert advice on destinations, itineraries, transportation, and accommodations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about travel destinations, detail-oriented, and has excellent customer service skills to cater to diverse client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services based on their needs and budget.
Create personalized itineraries and recommend the best travel packages and destinations.
Handle travel documentation including visas, passports, and travel insurance requirements.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and managing changes or cancellations promptly.
Promote travel products and services to meet sales targets through upselling and building long-term client relationships.
Stay updated on travel trends and industry developments to offer clients the best and most current options.

Currently residing in Satwa, Dubai.
Sales experience is preferred; background in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
Fluent in Tagalog and English — both spoken and written.
Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
