The Role

You will be AZE's dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Arab market, working alongside our People & HR Coordinator. Your primary mission: find, engage, and hire exceptional engineers — structural engineers, BIM modelers, façade designers, precast detailers — primarily in Egypt and the broader Arab market.

This is a sourcing-first role. We do not wait for applicants. You will proactively identify strong candidates on LinkedIn and through your network, reach out directly in Arabic and English, screen them, and manage them through our hiring pipeline to offer stage.

You will also support HR coordination tasks (onboarding logistics, documentation, employee records) as a secondary part of the role — approximately 70% recruiting, 30% HR support.

What You Will Do

• Source engineering candidates directly via LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals — outbound sourcing is the core of this role
• Write compelling outreach messages in Arabic and English that get responses
• Screen CVs against our technical criteria and conduct first-round screening calls
• Manage candidates through our pipeline in Zoho Recruit — clean records, clear stages, no lost candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and our technical leadership
• Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring roles so future hiring gets faster
• Support HR coordination: onboarding logistics, document collection, employee record updates
• Work closely with our People & HR Coordinator as a two-person people team
