Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to urgent service calls and get VRF and DX systems up and running again.
Independent testing and commissioning of VRF system.
Troubleshoot and figure out exactly why a system is failing or underperforming.
Look at schematic wiring diagrams to easily track down and fix electrical issues.
Plug in your laptop/tablet and use manufacturer's software to check system data and parameters.
Explain to the client what the issue is and how you plan to fix it in simple terms.
Fill out service reports after finishing a job so we have a record of what was fixed.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced VRF Service Technician to join our team. If you are great at finding faults, solving technical issues on your own, and know your way around VRF software, this role is for you.
This is a service and repair assignment, not an installation project. We require a technician with strong troubleshooting and repair expertise who specializes in diagnosing and restoring systems when they experience faults or breakdowns
At least 5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing VRF systems.
At least 3–4 years of total experience servicing air conditioning systems.
You can go to a job site alone, handle the problem, and make the right decisions without needing constant supervision.
Comfortable using laptops, tablets, or smartphones to run diagnostic software and fill out reports.
Follow standard safety rules on-site to keep yourself and others safe.
