Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust quality control strategies for electromechanical products, ensuring compliance with international standards and customer specifications.
- Lead and mentor a team of QC inspectors and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and meticulous attention to detail.
- Oversee the testing and validation of electromechanical components and assemblies, from raw materials to finished goods, identifying and rectifying deviations.
- Manage the calibration and maintenance of all quality control equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all measurement processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the electromechanical manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
- Expertise in various testing methodologies for electromechanical components, including functional, environmental, and reliability testing.
