Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with senior leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Establish project management processes and frameworks to ensure successful project execution
Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and teams to enhance project delivery capabilities
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, including senior management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Proven experience in project management and delivery, preferably in a finance or technology environment
Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
