Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
- Monitor machine operations continuously, troubleshooting any issues that may arise to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of production output and machine performance, reporting any anomalies to supervisors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machinery operation is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a focus on machine operation.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for machine setup.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and basic programming skills are highly advantageous.
