Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and sales leads.

  • Develop relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

  • Present and demonstrate AI, software, hardware, and networking solutions.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.

  • Conduct customer meetings and solution presentations.

  • Provide pre-sales technical support and consultation.

  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • Experience in technology sales, IT solutions, networking, or telecommunications.

  • Strong knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, cloud services, and enterprise IT solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity solutions.

  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, cloud certifications, or equivalent.

  • Experience with enterprise and corporate clients.
