Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection and employee orientation.
Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and recruitment administration.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data updates.
Support visa, labor card, and employee document tracking and renewals.
Assist with training coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR reporting.
Ensure HR records and processes are maintained in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Key Skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR administration or HR support.
Knowledge of HR processes and UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
