Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection and employee orientation.

  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and recruitment administration.

  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documentation.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data updates.

  • Support visa, labor card, and employee document tracking and renewals.

  • Assist with training coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR reporting.

  • Ensure HR records and processes are maintained in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.


Key Skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or HR support.

  • Knowledge of HR processes and UAE Labour Law is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
