Roles & Responsibilities
Manage workshop and production activities for event installations and experiences.
Coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, and site crews to execute approved designs.
Oversee fabrication, branding, décor, construction, and installation works.
Manage project timelines, resources, logistics, and quality control.
Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety and venue requirements.
Manage dismantling and project closeout activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in production and workshop project management within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and relevant software tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
