Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

  • Develop and maintain Plugins (C#), Custom Workflow Activities, JavaScript, Ribbon customizations, Business Rules, Power Automate Flows, and Custom APIs.

  • Configure and customize forms, views, dashboards, Business Process Flows, security roles, and Model-Driven Apps.

  • Design, develop, and support Power Pages portals.

  • Configure authentication providers including Azure AD B2C and Entra ID.

  • Develop custom portal components using Liquid Templates, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Web Templates.

  • Implement portal security, web roles, and table permissions.

  • Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.

  • Develop and consume REST APIs, Web APIs, OData Services, and Custom Connectors.

  • Implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure API Management, and Event Grid.

  • Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 migration projects.

  • Plan and execute data migration, environment migration, regional migration, and tenant-to-tenant migration.

  • Perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.

  • Design cloud-native integration architectures.

  • Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Pipelines.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

  • Conduct code reviews and participate in solution architecture discussions.

  • Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.

  • Support production issues and perform root cause analysis.

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development experience.

  • Minimum 3+ years of Power Platform experience.

  • Experience delivering large enterprise CRM implementations.
