Roles & Responsibilities

• The role focuses on analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical integration solutions that connect corporate clients with internal systems through APIs, file transfers, or other connectivity channels. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and development teams to design, implement, and support integrations, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity as well as smooth client onboarding. On a day-to-day basis, the responsibilities include: · Attending stand-ups and coordinating with cross-functional teams · Reviewing and troubleshooting connectivity issues · Supporting testing activities and client onboarding · Handling client requests and maintaining clear documentation · Keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and updates

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
• 3-5 years of experience in system analysis, project management, or business analysis within a technology-driven environment is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) are advantageous.
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall, is highly desirable.
