Roles & Responsibilities
Assist customers with car rental inquiries and reservations.
Promote and sell rental products and services to achieve sales targets.
Explain rental terms, conditions, insurance options, and company policies.
Prepare rental agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
Coordinate vehicle delivery and return procedures.
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate customer records and rental transactions.
Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure vehicle availability.
Process payments and prepare daily sales reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in the car rental industry
Knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and traffic regulations
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
Experience in the car rental industry
Valid UAE Driving License
