We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and impeccably presented individual to join our executive office team. This role combines front?of?house hospitality service with light office assistance, supporting senior management in a high?profile, VIP?oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a hospitality mindset, excellent coffee?making skills, and the confidence to represent the company’s image with professionalism and style. For the right candidate, there will be opportunities to take on expanded responsibilities beyond the core duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and VIP guests in a polished, welcoming manner.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and refreshments to senior management and guests to a high standard.
• Maintain the executive reception and lounge areas in impeccable condition at all times.
• Support day-to-day office operations with light administrative or logistical assistance.
• Ensure smooth coordination between front?of?house, pantry, and management requirements.
• Uphold the company’s image through excellent grooming, personal presentation, and a confident demeanor.
• Previous experience in hospitality or high-end service roles such as waiter, barista, hotel concierge, or events host/hostess.
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation suitable for a luxury corporate environment.
• Energetic, confident, and physically active, with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work discreetly and professionally in a high?profile setting.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Preferred:
• Experience in a luxury hotel, high?end café, or premium events environment.
• Background in client-facing roles where presentation and image are key.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, hospitality etiquette, and VIP service protocols.
