About the role
Our client, a well established financial institution, is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will report to the Relationship Managers and GRM, acting as a liaison between front office (Marketing/business development) and back office (Operations/accounting/compliance). The ideal candidate will have strong customer focus, attention to detail, and understanding of banking processes, which will align successfully in the organization.
About the requirements
- Assist Relationship Managers in handling clients, addressing queries, and supporting their banking requirements.
- Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and processed in line with the bank’s policies and procedures.
- Coordinate between front office and back office teams to ensure smooth execution of customer transactions.
- Support preparation of proposals, documentation, and marketing materials for client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, business, law, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience, with good understanding of documentation, operational processes, and banking practices.
- Strong communication skills, computer literacy, attention to detail, and ability to work with financial data and databases.
