Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure, and commission GRMS (Guest Room Management System) and Lighting Control Systems.

• Review shop drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and as-built documentation.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other MEP/ELV teams during project execution.

• Perform system programming, testing, troubleshooting, and integration with third-party systems.

• Configure and integrate protocols such as KNX, DALI, Modbus, BACnet, and TCP/IP.

• Conduct site surveys and ensure proper installation as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and inspections.

• Support commissioning activities and final handover documentation.

• Diagnose and resolve system faults related to lighting control, GRMS, dimming systems, sensors, and network communication.

• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support and material approvals.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and authority requirements.

• Provide training and technical support to clients and maintenance teams.

• Monitor project progress and support timely project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Automation Engineering or related field.

• Experience in hotels, hospitality, villas, or high-end residential projects.

• Knowledge of Honeywell, ABB, Schneider, Interel, or similar automation systems.

• UAE/GCC project experience preferred.

• UAE Valid driving license is an added advantage.
