Job Description: - Coordinate procurement processes, including RFQs, supplier communications, and purchase order management to support operational needs. - Monitor deliveries, shipment timelines, and logistics activities while coordinating with suppliers, freight providers, and internal teams. - Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, pricing details, and purchasing documentation. - Assist in inventory planning, sourcing activities, and supplier performance monitoring to ensure timely availability of materials.

Qualifications: - Open to Asian nationals, aged 40 years old and below - At least 2 years of relevant UAE experience in procurement, preferably within manufacturing, industrial engineering, trading, oil & gas, or related industries - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field - Experience handling local and/or international procurement, supplier coordination, deliveries, shipping, logistics, and order tracking
