Roles & Responsibilities
Site Execution
Supervise day-to-day mechanical activities at site.
Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve project schedules.
Planning and Coordination
Prepare daily and weekly work plans.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams to avoid interface issues.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
Quality Control
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and approved procedures.
Coordinate inspections with QA/QC personnel and clients.
Verify material traceability and maintain quality documentation.
Safety Compliance
Implement HSE requirements and ensure safe working practices.
Participate in toolbox talks and risk assessments.
Prepare Method Statement and Risk Assessment.
Ensure permits and safety precautions are in place before starting work.
Technical Responsibilities
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
Resolve site issues and provide technical support.
Monitor fabrication, installation, alignment, and testing activities.
Progress Monitoring
Track daily progress and prepare reports.
Identify delays and propose corrective actions.
Ensure timely completion of activities within budget and schedule.
Material Management
Raise material requests and verify deliveries.
Monitor material consumption and avoid shortages.
Coordinate with procurement and stores departments.
Testing and Commissioning
Coordinate hydrotesting, flushing, alignment, and commissioning activities.
Attend inspections and punch-list clearance.
Ensure proper handover documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) In Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field (e.g., Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering).
Focus areas: Site management, Planning, Project Execution, Supervising mechanical works at site while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
