We are seeking a Client-Facing Technical Project Manager who combines strong engineering expertise. This individual will serve as the primary interface between luxury retail clients, design teams, engineering consultants, manufacturers, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering, experience delivering luxury retail projects, and the ability to confidently engage with clients while navigating complex technical challenges. They must be equally comfortable discussing engineering details, project timelines, and executive-level client expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or related field).
5–10+ years of project management experience.
Proven experience delivering luxury retail, high-end fit-out, boutique, hospitality, or premium commercial projects.
Experience working directly with international luxury brands.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, fabrication, and installation processes.
Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
