Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project supervision:Oversee and manage all fit-out activities on-site, including installation, finishing, and site logistics.
  • Team management:Supervise and coordinate workers, providing guidance and assigning tasks to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
  • Quality and safety:Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and approved project plans.
  • Progress and budget:Monitor daily progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordination:Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to report on progress and resolve issues.
  • Material and equipment management:Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
  • Problem-solving:Troubleshoot and resolve site operations issues.
  • Reporting:Maintain site documentation, such as progress reports and material records, and report daily progress and challenges to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out, interior finishing, and construction supervision.

  3. Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, repair, and fit-out works.

  4. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.

  5. Experience in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

  6. Good understanding of quality control procedures and safety regulations.

  7. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

  9. Proficient in preparing site reports and monitoring project progress.

  10. UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
