Roles & Responsibilities
1. Identify, meet and develop relations with clients to promote freight services.
2. Research & create database of potential clients / markets through telesales, cold calls and market scout.
Plan sales visits in dedicated areas, respond to customer inquiries, send quotations and take necessary bookings. Engage with Team leads to close sales inquiries.
4. Continuously aim to increase customer base.
5. Execute Team’s market coverage / expansion strategies.
Create database in EFS system for sales visit and leads.
Put forth credit approval request wherever requested by the customers as per policy.
Follow-up on payments and ensure support to close all payment receivables and outstanding’s.
Co-ordinate with customer service and operation team to ensure customer service satisfaction.
Obtain customer feedback on the service delivery.

Maintain all necessary customer database and details in the EFS systems
Ensure all credit applications details are filled in as per policy and protocol
Develop confidence building relationship with the clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA in Marketing / Business Development or related field
Excellent in Computer skills, PowerPoint Presentation.
Ability to use software generated data and business Intel.
2 - 5 years of field sales experience in Freight / Shipping Industry is advantage
Excellent command over spoken & written English
Excellent Negotiation & Presentation skills.
Should be self-initiator and have engaged skills of Prospecting, Sales Planning & Selling to Customer Needs
Should be Enthusiastic, ambitious, confident and motivated by Target based incentives.
Possess interpersonal skills & be a team player
UAE Car License is a must
