Role Description This is a full-time role for a Production / Operations Manager & Print Machine Operator based in Dubai. The responsibilities include managing production planning, overseeing operations, and operating print machinery to ensure optimal performance. The role requires close coordination with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain quality standards. Additional duties involve monitoring workflows, developing strategies to optimize production, and handling day-to-day operational challenges in a dynamic work environment.
Experience Experience managing print job schedules, forecasting job durations and manpower requirements Project managing wide variety of print tasks across various machines Quality checking products that have been printed to ensure good quality Communicating with Logistics and customer care teams regarding job delivery Source and purchase material Experience using some of the below machines is a plus UV Machine, Digital Printing, Engraving, Vinyl cutting, Screen Printing
Qualifications Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting business demands. Strong background in Operations Management and Analytical Skills, with the ability to optimize workflows and make data-driven decisions. Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ability to troubleshoot print machinery and work in a fast-paced production environment. Prior experience in a similar role is strongly preferred, and familiarity with print technologies is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
