We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the operations, growth, and profitability of our diversified group of companies, including Contracting, General Transport, and related business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, strategic planning, operations, and business development, with proven experience in driving organizational growth, leading high-performing teams, and acquiring new clients.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). Minimum 10-15 years of senior management experience, preferably within Contracting, Transport, or diversified Group of Companies in the UAE. Proven track record in Business Development, Customer Acquisition, and Revenue Growth. Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of UAE business regulations and market dynamics. Experience in managing multiple business units and cross-functional teams. Strong financial and commercial acumen. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. UAE driving license is preferred.
