Role Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and maintaining a safe, efficient working environment.
Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of stock and materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and reporting any damage or discrepancies. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment. Organize and store inventory in designated areas to optimize space and accessibility. Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate records using scanners, RF guns, or warehouse management systems (WMS). Inspect products for defects, damages, or expiration and handle returns or quality issues as needed. Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet daily production, shipping, and receiving goals. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications Minimum 4 year in Warehouse Operations. Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Commerce, or relevant fields. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Must have experience with Tally (preferred) Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a positive, reliable attitude.
