Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across forecasting, procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics. Based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, this strategic leadership role will drive operational excellence, cost optimization, service improvement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead demand planning, production planning, procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service levels, and profitability. Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance. Monitor KPIs and leverage data analytics to support decision-making and performance optimization. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Executive teams on strategic initiatives, product launches, and market expansions. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing supply chain teams. Implement risk mitigation, business continuity, and compliance programs.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum 10–15 years of progressive Supply Chain experience, including senior leadership roles managing end-to-end supply chain functions. Prior GCC experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of regional supply chain networks, regulations, and business practices. Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Logistics. Strong experience with ERP systems, planning tools, KPI management, and data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-site operations. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. APICS, CSCP, CIPS, MBA, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Compensation Competitive package in the range of AED 50,000 – AED 60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits as per company policy.
