Role Description The Process Engineering Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing operational processes across Hamah Capital’s investment, fund operations, brokerage, and advisory activities. On a day-to-day basis, this role analyzes existing workflows, maps end-to-end processes, identifies bottlenecks, and collaborates with stakeholders to define improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and control. The Process Engineering Manager will develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal compliance requirements. This role will also lead process improvement initiatives, support change management, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide regular reporting on process performance and optimization outcomes. Qualifications Strong foundation in process disciplines, including Process Engineering and Process Design, with the ability to translate business needs into practical workflows. Demonstrated experience in Business Process Improvement and Process Optimization, focusing on efficiency, quality, and risk reduction in financial or related environments. Knowledge of Process Control principles and methods, including defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions. Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, compliance, risk, technology) to implement process changes and manage stakeholder expectations. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and documentation tools. Background in financial services, investment management, or securities operations is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage part-time responsibilities effectively, and prioritize multiple initiatives with minimal supervision.
