Role Purpose To lead ELV engineering coordination on assigned Innovo MEP projects, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring ELV deliverables meet specification and regulatory requirements. Key Accountabilities Technical Leadership Lead review of ELV shop drawings, submittals, and method statements. Provide technical direction on fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems. Authority Coordination Lead TRA and Civil Defence approval processes for the ELV scope. Liaise with authority inspectors to resolve technical queries and secure system approvals. Mentoring Mentor ELV Engineers and Project Engineers on technical matters. Review junior engineers' authority submissions and provide technical feedback. Quality & Commissioning Oversee ELV installation quality checks and witness testing and commissioning activities. Review ELV snagging and ensure timely closure prior to handover. Documentation & Reporting Maintain ELV technical submittal and authority approval registers for assigned projects. Report ELV engineering progress and technical issues to the Electrical Team Leader. Innovation & Value Creation Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Minimum 6–8 years of ELV MEP project engineering experience
