• Lead and define the enterprise-wide IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy across Mashreq Bank, managing a portfolio of 12,000–15,000 devices.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure effective lifecycle management of all IT assets.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives within ITAM through automation, analytics, and advanced asset management tools.
• Oversee end-to-end asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal) aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure real-time visibility and accuracy of asset inventory across all locations.
• Lead optimization initiatives to maximize asset utilization, reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align ITAM strategy with business objectives and growth plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and industry standards.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes ensuring seamless device provisioning and recovery.
• Lead ITAM Rooms governance and standardization across all Mashreq locations.
• Manage vendor ecosystem including strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and performance management.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights on asset performance, risks, and financial impact.
• Lead periodic physical verification of assets and ensure full reconciliation with the Fixed Asset Register (FAR).
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between physical assets and FAR in coordination with Finance.
