Participating in receiving various types applications from citizens and ensuring that the applications are completed correctly and contain all the required information from the applicants.

Reviewing and examining the required documents and ensuring they are approved by the relevant official authorities in the emirate, in accordance with the eligibility and benefit criteria approved b

Entering service applications into database after verifying them against the data in the attached official documents.

Contacting applicants through the main call center if the required documents or approvals are incomplete, and directing them to complete them from the relevant official authorities for issuance and approval of those documents, or informing them of the final rejection of the application if the applicant does not meet the general conditions for benefiting from services.
