Job description:Position: Mechanical Inspector Location: Dubai Experience: 8–10 years in Engineering Consultancy Industry: Consultancy / Engineering / High-Rise Buildings Job Type: Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a highly qualified Mechanical Inspector with a strong background in engineering consultancy and extensive experience in high-rise building projects within Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee all on-site mechanical systems, ensuring that installation, testing, and commissioning meet both local authority standards and project specifications. Requirements / Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience, specifically in high-rise building projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire protection and LPG systems. Experience in Testing & Commissioning, Inspection of work and materials as per the authority requirements and standards. Proficient in MS Office and Auto CAD. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A background in an engineering consultancy office in Dubai. Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all mechanical works on high-rise building projects. Ensure full compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and international standards. Review and approve mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure quality control. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as required.
