- Support skilled workers by providing tools, materials, and any necessary resources to maximize productivity on tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment, ensuring that all supplies are stored properly and accessible.
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to supervisors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in relevant fields is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a helper or support role within the industry.
- Certifications in safety procedures or equipment operation are highly regarded.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance preferred.
