About the Role
We are seeking a gifted Senior Interior Designer to join our visionary team, shaping the interiors of our ultra-luxury residential developments and ensuring every detail embodies elegance, innovation, and craftsmanship.
Lead the creation and execution of interior design concepts, from schematic designs to FF&E selections, in line with Amali’s brand language. Produce design drawings, mood boards, material palettes, and high-quality 3D visualizations to articulate design intent. Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of interiors within the overall build. Manage material sourcing, supplier relations, specification, and procurement ensuring quality, timelines, and brand standards. Oversee site reviews, installation supervision, and quality inspections to verify execution aligns with design intent. Stay current on global luxury trends, sustainable materials, and new product innovations to inform design direction.
Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.8+ years of experience in ultra-luxury residential, palace, or mansion design, preferably practiced in the UAE or GCC. Proven portfolio showcasing high-end interior projects with strong aesthetic and execution skills. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, or equivalent design tools. Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of FF&E, finishes, materials, sourcing, and procurement processes.
