Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end technology solutions for complex corporate banking products and services, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Lead the technical architecture definition for new digital banking platforms, core banking system integrations, and payment solutions, considering scalability and resilience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate intricate corporate banking requirements into robust and secure technical designs and roadmaps.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and third-party solutions to meet specific corporate banking needs, managing vendor relationships effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience as a Solution Architect, specialized focus on corporate banking modules, encompassing digital experience, cash management, corporate
payments, financing, trade, and supply chain finance.
Strong knowledge of corporate banking industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Proven experience in designing modern technical platforms and solutions, leveraging aspects like cloud adoption, integration patterns, observability,
scalability, and high availability.
Expertise in agile scrum-based methodologies and familiarity with related tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to architectural design and integration execution.
Track record of prior engagement in software design and development, complemented by proficient knowledge of diverse programming languages and
tools like Java, Python, and REST APIs.
Highly desirable are relevant certifications, such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalents.
