Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas by setting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring cleanliness to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Assist waiters in taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and promptness to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Clear tables efficiently and promptly, removing used dishes and glasses to maintain a tidy and organized dining environment.
• Refill water glasses regularly and attend to guest needs, providing attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in the delivery of food from the kitchen to the tables, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, escalating to the waiter or manager as needed, to resolve issues effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic knowledge and skills.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, showcasing familiarity with service procedures.
