Roles & Responsibilities

1. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in industrial and oilfield environments

2. Work on equipment such as frequency converters, motors, transformers, PLC systems, and distribution panels

3. Perform electrical wiring, testing, and commissioning of equipment

4. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit drawings

5. Identify faults and carry out repairs independently or as part of a team

6. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with international safety and quality standards

7. Report any technical issues or abnormalities to supervisors on time

8. Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Must be on a Freelance Visa with valid Labour Card & OTP

2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical work or equipment maintenance

3. Diploma or Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics or related field

4. Strong knowledge of:

   • PLC systems

   • Motors, transformers, and distribution panels

   • Industrial electrical equipment (preferably oilfield experience)

5. Ability to:

   • Read and understand electrical drawings in English

   • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults efficiently

6. Good communication skills in English

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

8. Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude

9. Valid Low Voltage Electrician Certificate (Mandatory)

10. High Voltage Certificate (Preferred)

11. Immediate joiners preferred

12. Candidates currently available in UAE will be prioritized
