Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

• Coordinate with creative agencies and suppliers for marketing materials, packaging updates, and promotional assets.

• Support annual brand plans, product launches, and consumer engagement initiatives.

• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign evaluations.

• Monitor market trends, category developments, and competitor activities.

• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

• Prepare monthly trade marketing, brand, and e-commerce performance reports.

• Analyse sales trends, promotional results, and market performance.

• Provide recommendations to improve visibility, engagement, and commercial results.

• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and performance metrics.

• Manage and optimize product content across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

• Coordinate digital promotional campaigns with marketplace and retail media partners.

• Monitor key e-commerce performance metrics including traffic, conversion, sales, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).

• Support the development of digital assets including banners, product pages, and promotional content.

• Work closely with e-commerce partners to improve product visibility and online sales performance.

• Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing, or E-Commerce within FMCG or Consumer Goods industries.

• Experience working with distributors, modern trade, and retail accounts.

• Strong understanding of UAE retail and FMCG landscape.

• Experience in executing both online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Strong trade marketing and promotional planning skills.

• Experience with modern trade retailers and marketplace platforms is an advantage.
