Roles & Responsibilities


Welcome walk-in clients and provide professional showroom service.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture, FF&E and interior solutions.

Prepare and follow up quotations, orders, payment status and delivery coordination.

Maintain accurate client follow-up records and update the quotation tracker.

Support designer registration and discount procedures when required.

Follow company approval procedures for pricing, discount, payment and delivery.

Maintain good client relationships and support after-sales communication.

Assist with showroom display, product knowledge learning and sales training.

Report daily client status and sales progress to showroom management.


Requirements


Previous sales experience in furniture, interior design, luxury retail, building materials or home products preferred.

UAE showroom or retail sales experience is an advantage.

Good English communication skills. Arabic, Chinese or other languages are a plus.

Presentable, polite, proactive and client-oriented.

Able to follow internal process and documentation requirements.

Good follow-up discipline and ability to close sales.

Familiarity with Zoho, CRM or quotation systems is a plus.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Demonstrate 3-5 years of proven success in a high-end retail or showroom sales environment.
  • Be physically fit to stand for extended periods and move around the showroom.
