• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring accuracy in quantities and unit costs to facilitate effective financial planning.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments by analyzing project specifications and identifying potential cost implications, thus safeguarding project finances.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and forecasts to ensure adherence to budget.
• Review and analyze subcontractor bids to ensure competitive pricing and alignment with project objectives, fostering partnerships that enhance project quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, showcasing a strong academic foundation for effective cost management.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, demonstrating a proven track record in successful project cost estimation and management.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS or equivalent, highlighting commitment to industry standards and professional development.
