Key Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and accounting entries.
Prepare and manage invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns for submission.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information during audits.
Monitor company cash flow and financial performance.
Verify and reconcile expenses, supplier statements, and employee reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, accounting standards, and company financial policies.
Support management with financial analysis and decision-making reports.
Assist in preparing corporate tax-related documentation and reports as required under UAE regulations.
Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial reporting.
