Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for patients while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems, optimizing the calendar for efficient patient flow.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details, ensuring accurate data entry to facilitate smooth billing processes.
- Handle incoming calls with a patient-centered approach, addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate staff members promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Degree in any related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical reception or administrative role within a healthcare setting. But, newly graduate with medical degree is encouraged.
Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures, enhancing communication with healthcare professionals.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical billing software, with a keen eye for detail.
