Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for patients while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems, optimizing the calendar for efficient patient flow.
  • Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details, ensuring accurate data entry to facilitate smooth billing processes.
  • Handle incoming calls with a patient-centered approach, addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate staff members promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in any related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical reception or administrative role within a healthcare setting. But, newly graduate with medical degree is encouraged.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures, enhancing communication with healthcare professionals.

  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical billing software, with a keen eye for detail.
