Head of Sales (Real Estate)
Job Summary
The Head of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing property sales
for the company. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, generating
leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions. The successful
candidate will play a key role in building and growing the company’s real estate sales
function from the ground up, while also acting as the company’s key liaison with real estate
developers and partner agencies.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in real estate sales with a strong track record of
achieving property sales targets.
understanding of the local property market, regulations, and sales practices.
RERA certification is preferred.
Hands-on experience using Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other UAE property
portals for lead generation and property listings.
Strong network within the UAE real estate industry is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
KPIs
Property sales revenue achieved.
Number of properties sold.
Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
Sales pipeline value and accuracy of forecasting.
New client and investor acquisition.
Customer satisfaction and referral rate.
